THE PROJECT
Project overview
Oldcastle Infrastructure's Redding operation includes concrete-production and fabrication work inside established industrial buildings. Elite Electrical is supporting electrical modernization that includes multiple transformers, updated panels and distribution, overhead raceways and equipment-power pathways. The installation must fit the facility's real structural conditions, operating areas, equipment locations, access limitations and production needs rather than being approached like an empty new-construction site.
ELECTRICAL SCOPE
Work and capabilities
- Installation and integration of multiple transformers
- New and updated panels and electrical distribution equipment
- Overhead conduit and raceway systems coordinated with existing steel and timber framing
- Branch circuits and power pathways for modern production equipment
- Existing-building retrofit work using field-built routing and support solutions
- Coordination around lifts, equipment, access and ongoing facility activity
JOB SITE CONDITIONS
Site considerations
The work is being installed in an active industrial environment with older buildings, existing structural members, established production areas, access constraints, and electrical systems that must be adapted to current equipment and operational requirements.
PROJECT PROGRESS
Project progress and results
The project provides multiple transformers, modern panels, raceways, distribution and equipment-power pathways while preserving practical use of the existing industrial buildings. The installation demonstrates Elite Electrical's ability to coordinate complex retrofit work around real facility conditions and active operations.
