Site Lighting and Underground Electrical Infrastructure at the Red Bluff Distribution Center

The Red Bluff Distribution Center is a large logistics facility in Red Bluff with expansive yards, roadways, trailer areas, and exterior operating space. Elite Electrical is performing a major site-lighting and underground electrical project that requires long conduit routes, deep light-pole foundations, heavy equipment, crossing coordination, and careful planning across a very large site.

The project is underway in Red Bluff, and the work represents the same large-site electrical construction capability Elite Electrical provides throughout its Northern California service area.

• Layout and installation of nearly a mile of underground conduit routes for exterior lighting infrastructure
• Open trenching, excavation, conduit placement, sweeps, pull points, backfill, and site coordination
• Drilling light-pole foundations approximately 12 feet deep in accordance with the project requirements
• Coordination of anchor-bolt templates, reinforcing, concrete, pole infrastructure, and electrical pathways
• Directional boring for a major crossing where open trenching is not practical
• Coordination around a large distribution-center site, equipment access, underground utilities, inspections, and active operations

The project covers a very large commercial site with long underground routes, heavy truck and equipment areas, existing and proposed utilities, deep drilling, changing access conditions, and a major crossing requiring directional boring. Work must be sequenced with the civil, lighting, pole, boring, facility, and inspection requirements while keeping routes and installation details coordinated across the site.

The project is currently establishing the underground raceway, foundation, and crossing infrastructure needed for a large exterior-lighting system. As construction progresses, the installation demonstrates Elite Electrical's ability to manage substantial site electrical work involving trenching, deep drilling, long conduit runs, specialized equipment, and coordination across an active commercial facility.
