Local service
Electrical help for this community
Shasta Lake includes established dam-era neighborhoods, housing rehabilitation and remodel work, rental properties, local commercial spaces, and newer infill or mixed-use development. Electrical conditions can range from one failed circuit or worn device to older service equipment, limited panel capacity, undocumented additions, or a business that needs equipment power without an extended outage.
Projects inside city limits are coordinated with the City of Shasta Lake Building Division, which issues electrical permits and performs inspections. Service and meter work may also require City Electric Utility review. That local utility-and-permit combination is different from PG&E-served county properties and should be identified early.
